The Ensemble eCommerce Solution is a web-based suite of applications
that feature secure and seamless back-office integration with our Distribution
solution. These modules allow you to leverage the power of the internet
and extend Ensemble ERP functionality to constituencies outside of your
immediate organization including customers, sales representative and
web shoppers worldwide.
Unlike third party store fronts and sales force automation applications
the Ensemble eCommerce and Distribution solutions share the same database
in real time. This means that important changes to information – such
as stock availability – is just a “refresh” away for
web-based users – and orders placed through internet portals are
reflected instantaneously in the back-office ERP application. No more
blind spots due to daily uploads and downloads.
All content that is exposed through the eCommerce interface is managed
through the same Ensemble applications that are used to manage the rest
of the ERP system. Inventory Maintenance is used to expose new SKUs
and Colors to the web site and Customer Maintenance is used to grant
access to a new user. You don’t have to learn a new system or
depend on a web designer to manage site content.
Ensemble back-office business rules are enforced by the eCommerce solution. You only have to configure promotions, pricing programs, mark downs, commissions and other structures once and all changes that you make are reflected to web users in real time. You can avoid the confusion and inefficiencies associated with redundant databases and disparate systems.

Internet.Order - The .Order module provides a business-to-business solution that offers your existing customers the ability to place orders directly into your Ensemble system through your web site - twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. In addition your customers can check stock availability, view order status information and review transaction history – all through this secure, password enabled portal. The result is improved customer satisfaction and reduced operating expenses associated with in-house customer service and sales support.
Internet.Sales - The .Sales module extends the functionality of the .Order module to your outside sales representatives. You can grant access and privileges through the Ensemble back-office system and manage customer/sales representative relationships that are enforced on the web site. Sales representatives can simultaneously maintain shopping carts for multiple customers. Tightly integrated email notification features allow you to automatically share order status information with the associated customer, sales representative, sales manager and in-house contacts.
Internet.Store - The .store module provides you with business-to-consumer eCommerce capabilities that link directly to your Ensemble Distribution system and includes a number of powerful standard features that enable you to efficiently and effortlessly sell your products over the internet. The .Store module integrates seamlessly with the automated Credit Card Processing module and PCCharge Payment Server, allowing payment information to quickly and accurately flow through your accounting system with little or no intervention. This level of integration reduces operating expenses and dramatically enhances the overall efficiency of your business.
